This year we will hear from local “hidden gems” to discuss their successes and what makes Billings\, MT attractive to them. In addition\, The Chapman Group will share their findings thus far in the Better Off in Billings (led by BillingsWorks) external talent attraction campaign.\n\n\n\nFinally\, this year we are excited to announce Ethan Kent as our Keynote Speaker! Ethan works as Senior Vice President for Project for Public Spaces\, the premiere international organization for Placemaking.
